About
I am a graduate research assistant at Towson University. My primary interests are in conservation biology, population biology, and spatial ecology of reptiles and amphibians. I got my B.S. in Ecology from Idaho State University, working with Charles Peterson. I also worked for 4 years as a wildlife technician for the non-game department of Idaho Fish and Game.
My curretnt research interests focus on conservation management approaches. I am currently working with Richard Seigel looking at the movement and overwintering effects on box turtles that are translocated short and long distances as part of a highway construction project, as well as looking at the effectiveness of mitigation techniques used on the construction site.
